Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All prices shown are final, there will be no changes unless otherwise stated.
2. Ordering
- Orders are first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
- We are only accepting orders to be delivered to a Singapore address.
- As all cakes are hand made, there may be slight variation from the illustration shown on our website.
- An order is only confirmed after payment is made through the website. All payments made on our website is secured and encrypted.
3. Refunds
- Cancellation of order should be made no later than 5 days before delivery date. However, we will only refund 50% of the total bill.
- We do not do any form of refunds arising from product dissatisfaction. (Taste, aesthetics, serving size, etc.)
- No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show. A surcharge of $25 will be incurred for arrangement of a re-delivery.
- In the event that the cake is neither collected or delivered after a period of 24 hours of the designated time slot, we reserve the right to dispose of the product with no refunds made.
4. Product Delivery
- Our delivery charge is at a flat rate of $25 islandwide.
- Additional surcharge of $10 will be incurred for deliveries made to Sentosa, CBD, and Tuas Area.
- Delivery timing is daily from 10:30am to 6:30pm and is subjected to availability.
- Delivery timing outside of the range stated is available and is subjected to availability. Additional surcharge may apply.
- Should the cake be damaged before it is received by customer, contact us immediately at +65 9229 5179. Otherwise, once received by customer, Bakers' Boulevard releases all responsibilities for the defects in the cake. We will not be able to provide any form of refunds.
