Q: What are the sizes available?

Currently, we're offering standard sizes of 6" (8-12 pax), 7" (10-16 pax), and 8" (12-20 pax) for our single tier cakes, and 4"+6" (12-18 pax), 5"+7" (16-24 pax), and 6"+8" (20-32 pax) for our two tier cakes. If you're looking for cakes with a larger serving size, you may consider adding cupcakes or talk to us for a special customised cake for the additional pax.

Q: Do you deliver outside of the time range stated?

Delivery timing outside of the range stated is available and is subjected to availability. Additional surcharge may apply.

Q: How long can the cake last outside of the fridge?

Under no circumstances should the cake be in direct sunlight. If it's placed in an air-conditioned room, it should last about 2 hours.

Q: How many days in advance should I place my order?

You may order no later than 3 days in advance. It is however recommended that you make your order 1-2 weeks in advance as our order fulfillment is on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Are your bakes halal?

We do not have halal certification. However, we bake our cakes with Muslim-friendly ingredients as we do have Muslim customers who enjoy our bakes!

Q: Do you have vegan or egg-less offerings?

No, we do not have any vegan or eggless options at the moment.

Q: What ingredients do you use?

All our cakes are made using eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, milk, salt, oil, and butter. May also contain traces of nuts.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. Cancellation of order should be made no later than 5 days before delivery date. However, do note that you will be subjected to a penalty of 50% of the total bill.
